1sweet corn
1peppers (green, red and yellow)
5 smallonions
1jaggery (prefer it to sugar)
1olive oil
1 cloveminced garlic

The reason i havent out any quantities is because i put all the stuff according to my own tastes

Add the oil into a pan, allow to heat and add the onions. Cook until nice and tender..

Add garlic and allow to cook for approx. 30secs. Add everything else.
