Ingredients

15 mins
6 servings
  • 1 cloveof garlic
  • 1 packagesof cheese stuffed tortellini
  • 1 packagesof sliced mushrooms (I like all kinds)
  • 3 tbspolive oil
  • 1/2 cuppesto sauce (add more if desired)
  • 1 tbspparmesan cheese for topping each plate of finished pasta

Steps

  1. 1

    cook tortellini according to package

  2. 2

    while tortellini is cooking heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat

  3. 3

    when oil is heated add mushrooms and chopped garlic heat until mushrooms are tender

  4. 4

    when pasta and mushrooms are done mix together along with pesto (i use store bought)

  5. 5

    top with cheese and serve
