Mix all of the above except Eno...batter consistency is thick..like idli batter

I divided the batter in 2 parts. Made 24 appes.

Each portion add half tsp Eno only just before pouring in the appe pan. Mix thoroughly and pour a drop of oil and spoon full of batter in each pit. Cover and cook each side for 5 to 7 mins atleast on low flame..you will have nice crisp coated melt in the mouth appes..
