Cut and boil the yam for 15minutes.sieve the water out.

Break the eggs,add a pinch of salt and whisk very well.cut the onion,fresh pepper and green pepper

Heat up the vegetable oil for 30 seconds,pour in the onion,fresh pepper,green pepper fry for 30 seconds.

Pour in the eggs and fry for 1minute,stir and fry another 1minute.
