Ingredients

  • 5- 6Tomatoes medium
  • 1 tbsp Green garlic chopped
  • 2-3 piecesGreen chillies chopped
  • 1/4 tspRai
  • 1/4 tspCiba hing
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspCiba haldi
  • 1/2 tspKashmiri lal mirch powder
  • 1/2 tspCiba garam masala
  • 1 /2 tbspOil
  • Coriander leaves to garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and chop and grind tomatoes.

  2. 2

    Heat oil and put rai and add hing. Then put garlic and chillies. Cook for a min.

    Add tomatoes and cook till oil separates.

    Add all spices. Cook for 2 mins.
