I'm always looking for new ways to cook regular potatoes instead of just making roast potatoes all the time. This was a cobbled together when I was in a rush and only had a few ingredients and half an hour!

Ingredients

30 mins
2 servings
  1. 4Potatoes
  2. 50 gramsButter
  3. 1/2 tspChopped Garlic
  4. 2 pinchchopped parsley
  5. salt
  6. pepper

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

Chop your potatoes up into rough pieces, the smaller the pieces the quicker they'll cook. Don't bother peeling them to save time.

  2. 2

Boil the potatoes for around 20 minutes, or until they're soft all the way through (this will vary depending on how small you made them!)

  3. 3

While the potatoes are boiling, in a pan, melt the butter. Add the garlic, parsley and salt and pepper to taste. At this point you could add any other seasoning you like!

  4. 4

Drain the potatoes and put them in a roasting dish, and cover them with the melted butter mixture. Put them in the oven at a high heat for around 10 mins.

  5. 5

Serve and enjoy! Good with mayonnaise or some melted cheese over them :)
