Wash the potatoes. Leaving the skin on place them in a pot of water.

Bring to the boil and cook for 12-14 minutes.

Once cooked drain the potatoes.

Put the butter in a small saucepan and heat on a medium heat.
- 5
Add the garlic and a pinch of salt to the pan and gently fry in the butter for about 5 minutes, stirring.

Place the potatoes in a deep dish and drizzle with the butter.
- 7
Serve immediately
