Ingredients

  • Stew
  • 2 clovegarlic
  • 2 cupwater
  • 1/4 cupcoconut milk
  • 1 packagessazon vegetable season
  • 1 cupchopped broccoli
  • 1/4 cupJamaican curry powder
  • 15 mediumthawed shrimp
  • 1 1/2 tbspolive oil
  • 3/4 canblack beans
  • 1 1/4 smallcarrot

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pot and saute garlic on high heat.

  2. 2

    Add beans, sliced carrots, and curry powder and stir lightly 2 min.

  3. 3

    Pour in coconut milk and water then stir lightly

  4. 4

    Sprinkle in Sazon, add broccoli, and shrimp. Then lower fire to simmer.

  5. 5

    Simmer for about 30 to min.

  6. 6

    Option #2: Remove shrimp, puree cooked soup & veggies

  7. 7

    Strain soup, then add shrimp back to soup
