Pre-mixed seasoning: Any brand you enjoy, such as McCormick Grill Mates (Montreal Steak), Weber Grill Creation (Kick'n Chicken) or Spice Islands (Spicy Chicken) to name a few...use sparingly.

Shell, de-vein and rinse shrimp.

Peel and crush or finely chop the garlic.

Zest and squeeze the juice from lemon into a small bowl.

Heat EVOO in a skillet or wok on medium-high heat.

Optional - Season EVOO with slices of one small onion; saute lightly.

Toss shrimp, garlic and pre-mixed seasoning together in mixing bowl; add to skillet/wok and cook for 2 - 3 minutes or until lightly pink. Toss or stir gently while cooking.

Add lemon zest and juice. Continue tossing / stir frying for 1 - 2 minutes. Ensure shrimp is evenly coated and cooked.

Transfer to serving dish and serve while hot.
