Ground Beef Milanese (Economical and Very Filling)👍✨

Yesterday, I was in a dilemma because I had unexpected guests. They let me know a day in advance, but I didn't have any money, and I thought, what am I going to feed them? 😱😱 Then I remembered a time when my mom made us Milanese like this, and not only did we have plenty, but they were also delicious and very tender.

Steps
- 1
In my case, the only thing I had to buy was the breadcrumbs; I had everything else at home. If you want, you can add chopped parsley (I didn't have any and couldn't find it, so I didn't add it, but it also tastes great with parsley). 👍✨
- 2
Peel the potatoes and chop them into small cubes. Boil them so they cook faster, then drain and mash them in a large bowl.
- 3
Once the mashed potatoes are ready, add the eggs, meat, onion, two tablespoons of soy sauce, three or four tablespoons of BBQ sauce (optional), 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and parsley if desired.
- 4
Mix everything very well (I added about 2 tablespoons of salt, but that's to taste). 👍✨
- 5
Once the mixture is ready, have a plate with breadcrumbs ready (for breading).
- 6
Prepare two pieces of plastic wrap. Place one piece of plastic, a ball of meat, and then the other piece of plastic on top.
- 7
Flatten it with your hands and shape it into a Milanese (it should be slightly thin).
- 8
Remove the top piece of plastic.
- 9
Add it to the breadcrumbs and remove the other piece of plastic.
- 10
Carefully flip it (the first one I made broke at the edge because there was a large piece of potato in the way). 😂
- 11
Carefully place it in a pan with preheated oil.
- 12
Flip it as if it were a regular Milanese; they cook the same way and take the same amount of time as regular ones.
- 13
Repeat the process with the rest of the meat, placing them on paper towels.
- 14
Continue until you finish them all! I was surprised because I ended up with 11 Milanese, and we each got two. 😂😂 They weren't that big, just medium-sized. 👍🎉✨
