boil sugar and 3/4 cup milk till it forms a ball in cold water (stir or it will burn)

after ball forms remove from heat and beat in remaining ingredients excluding pb chips

pour in milk or evaporated milk till it gets a glazed but smoother look.

pour into buttered dish and sprinkle pb chips on and sit back and wish you could eat it while it cools. but best served cool.
