Steps

Peel potatoes & boil in a large pot until soft when a fork is inserted. Be sure to not over cook the potatoes, it will make them runny.

Drain water completely from potatoes. Add butter, salt & pepper. Blend well. Start adding milk until you get a creamy consistancy.

Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.

NOTE: You can use left over mashed potatoes as well.
