put enough oil in pan to cover bottom 1/4inch deep bring to temperature if you have bamboo utensils put one in oil if it bubbles its ready to fry

wash and slice the tomatoes1/4 inch thick

mix 2/3spices into flour the remaining 1/3 into eggs separate flour by half so this is what you will do dip a slice of tomato into first container of flour coating whole slice of tomato dip it into egg coating then into second flour and fry let it fry 2 minutes turn then 2 minutes turn 1 minute it should be done remove to paper towel to drain
