Ingredients

  1. 1 boxLemon Cake Mix
  2. 3Eggs
  3. 1Juice of one lemon
  4. 1 cupWater
  5. 1/2 cupOil
  6. 1/2 stickButter
  7. 1/2 boxPowered Sugar
  8. 1Lemon Juice to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    Mix well the cake mix, eggs, lemon juice from one lemon, water, and oil

  3. 3

    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes

  4. 4

    For Frosting: Mix butter, powdered sugar, and lemon juice to taste. Spread on cooled cake.
