Ingredients

1hour
around 20 pple
  1. 2 kgself raising flour
  2. 500 mlmilk
  3. 300 gsugar
  4. 1 pinchsalt
  5. 100 gblueband
  6. 1/2 cupcooking oil
  7. Enough warm water
  8. Enough oil for deep frying

    Collect all your ingredients

  2. 2

    Add almost all the flour to a bowl(set aside a small quantity of flour for kneading say 1 cup)

  3. 3

    Mix in sugar and salt

  4. 4

    Add margarine and mix add the 1/2 cup oil and continue mixing till its mixed well.

  5. 5

    Add all the milk and start kneading you will get a hard dough add warm water bit by bit until u get a not sooo sticky dough

  6. 6

    Place it on a floured surface and continue kneading till its not sticky

  7. 7

    Set aside for 10min covered with a kitchen towel

  8. 8

    Remove from bowl knead for a minute

  9. 9

    Cut dough into big pieces roll out each piece cut into desired shapes and deep fry till brown

  10. 10
