  • Roasted Chicken
  • 2Chicken leg quarter
  • 2sprays Olive oil
  • 1 pinchGarcia powder
  • 1To taste Salt & Pepper
  • 1 pinchDried Thyme
  • 1 pinchDried Tarragon
  • Tangerine Glaze
  • 2 tbspTangerine juice
  • 1 tspGrated Tangerine peel
  • 2 tbspHoney
  • 1To taste Salt & Pepper

Steps

1 hour
  1. 1

    Set oven to 375°F
    Place chicken on baking rack over a banking pan.
    Spray with olive oil and sprinkle with herbs.
    Roast for 45 minutes.

  2. 2

    Mix together all ingredients for glaze in a bowl.
    Remove chicken after 45 minutes and bush with glaze.
    Return to the oven and cook for an additional 15 minutes
