UGALI, MCHICHA, and MARINATED FISH

Cut your fish into desired sizes and rinse with clean water.

Crash your Garlic and ginger to make paste.

In a bowl add the fish, paste, black pepper, masala, corriander, fish curry and mix making sure it is well absorbed by the fish.

Add Lemon juice and a tbsp of cooking oil. Mix again and cover.

Leave it for an hour for the fish to be well marinated.

In a pan, add your cooking oil on a medium heat.

Once the oil is ready start deep frying putting them aside till you are done.

Set aside and serve while hot with desired vegetables and ugali.
