Easy Baked Apples in a Frying Pan Easy Baked Apples in a Frying Pan
I was given a lot of apples. Since using the oven is too much work, I tried whipping them up in a frying pan. They came out deliciously. The apples will burn easily, so don't cook too long over high heat. They taste perfectly fine without the cinnamon! They taste even better accompanied with black tea or vanilla ice cream. Apple Crisp (Fire Pit) Apple Crisp (Fire Pit)
By no means do you have to cook this apple crisp outside over a campfire... but why wouldn’t you? You can just as easily make this in the oven if you don’t have the space to have a fire outside. On this particular day, I went out for a hike and I was feeling like I was survivalist in the backyard. I fashioned this contraption to hold a cast iron Dutch Oven. No... not that Dutch Oven haha. Apples and Oranges Barbecued Chicken Apples and Oranges Barbecued Chicken
I have always loved fruits in barbecue sauces. Usually we have guava, pineapple, or papaya and so on, but I always wanted to do apples and Oranges together. So here it is I hope you enjoy this. The sauce mixture mixed with the chicken drippings turned out delicious.I didn't measure the spices for the chicken because if you get 6 chicken thighs at one place it may be a different size then at another place. So if I put a measurement on the spices you may have over salted or under salted. skunkmonkey101
