For the yam: Slice and wash the yam into a heated pot of water.

For the egg: heat up a frying pan, then pour the vegetable oil in it

While you do this, dice the pepper, onions and tomatoes and pour them in the heated pan.

Then, break the eggs, add salt to it. And then Whisk the eggs. You can add maggi at that point.

Then pour in a the pan and then add the peas and slice the carrots as well inside the pan.

Turn off cooker when it’s done frying.
