Boil the rice for 15minutes,rinse and boil it again with salt to taste for 15 minutes or more let the water drys and is soft.add the green peas and stir.

Boil the shredded chicken with thyme,curry,salt,knorr cubes, and onion for 10minutes.

Slice the red bell pepper,carrots,green pepper.rinse the green peas.

Dissolve with 1/2cup of water the corn flour.pour in the boiled shredded chicken add a cup of water and place back on the heat.

Boil for 10minutes,it will thicken then add salt,curry,knorr cubes.

Stir fry in vegetable oil the green pepper,red bell pepper,carrots and green peas.pour inside the sauce annd stir allow it to boil for 2minutes.
