Ingredients

20 mins

1 cupflour
1/2 cupsemolina
1/2 cupsugar
1/4 tspsalt
1 cupwater
Oil for deep frying

Mix all the dry ingredients (flour + semolina+ sugar+ salt)

Add 1 cup water to it. Mix really well. Set it aside for 10 mins.

Put oil in a pan for deep frying. When the oil is hot then take a scoop of batter and put it in the oil.

Fry it until brown.
