Steps

Assemble all ingredients. Wash and cut spinach.

Heat Kadhai. Add onion and ginger garlic. Saute until translucent. Add spinach, peas, green chillies & tomatoes. Saute all.

Cook on medium flame until spinach & peas tender. When all water dries add all spices. Saute for 2-3 minutes.

Serve hot by garnishing milk cream (optional). With roti or rice.
