Ingredients

  • 2 lbGround beef
  • 1 tbspOil or butter
  • 1 eachOnion
  • 2 eachGreen pepper
  • 3 1/2 cupMarinara
  • 5 dashFranks red hot
  • spices
  • 1 tbsp+ 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tspOnion powder
  • 1 tbspGarlic powder
  • 1 tbsp+ 4 tsp chili powder
  • 2 pinchKosher salt
  • 1 tspCayenne
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 1 pinchBrown sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large pot cook ground beef until done. Strain cooked ground beef in colander.

  2. 2

    In the same pot add oil, onion and green pepper on medium heat until tender.

  3. 3

    Add cooked beef back to pot and add the rest of the ingredients.

  4. 4

    Simmer for 30 minutes.
