  1. 1/3 cupvegetable oil
  2. 1 1/2 lbpotatoes, shredded
  3. 1 packagesring bologna
  4. salt & pepper
  5. ketchup

    In a medium cooking pan add vegetable oil and turn heat to medium

  2. 2

    Add shredded potatoes and cook until 75% done

  3. 3

    Add ring Bologna sliced to your liking and season with salt and pepper

  4. 4

    Cook until Bologna is well done. Serve hot with ketchup.
