  1. 30 ozWhole Pinto Bean
  2. 1 lbGround Turkey
  3. 1 headRoman Lettuce
  4. 1Tomato
  5. 1/2 lbRagu Double Cheddar Liquid Cheese
  6. 6 ozShredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  7. 6as needed Portions Of Corn Chips Or Tortilla Chips
  8. 2 cupBeef Broth Or Stock
  9. 1/4 tspCrushed Red Pepper
  10. 1 1/2 tspCumin
  11. 1Salt And Pepper To Taste
  12. 1/2 tspGarlic Powder
  13. 1 tspChili Powder

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Cook ground turkey on med low heat until browned While meat is browning add 1/4 tsp red pepper, 1 1/2 tsp cumin, salt and pepper to taste, 1/2 tsp garlic, 1 tsp chili powder.

    Fill sauce pan with 2 cups of need stock and add can of pinto beans. Bring to boil and then simmer until beans are moist and hot.

  3. 3

    Heat cheddar cheese sauce in a microwave safe bowl just until heated through.

  4. 4

    Cut all vegetables to desires size

  5. 5

    Layer salad as desired
