Maida me oil mix Kar,thoda water add Kar soft dough ready karein.1 hour rest ke ly rakhe.

Khoye ko thoda sa roast karein sath hi cardamom powder,roasted suji and bura mux karein.

Ab dough se choti choti balls banaye,Puri bele or stuffing fill karein,edges par water laga Kar ache se bind karein.

2 Puri banaye uspar digonaly cut karein or fill ki hue gujiya ko cover karein,edges ko zig zag cutter se cut karein.

Sbhi gujiya ready karein or food colour brush karein.

Oil garam kar gujiya ko deep fry Kar le.
- 7
Silver vrk se garnish karein.
