Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 8 ozboneless, skinless salmon fillet (sushi grade)
  2. 1/4 cupfinely diced cucumber
  3. 1 Tbsplime juice
  4. 1.1/2 tsp minced chives
  5. 1.1/2 tsp minced cilantro
  6. 1.1/2 tsp vegetable or olive oil
  7. 1.1/2 tsp minced, seeded jalapeno
  8. 1.1/2 tsp minced shallot
  9. 3/4 tspminced ginger
  10. 1/2 tspsesame oil
  11. 1/4 tsplime zest
  12. Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Place salmon on a plate and freeze for 20 minutes until firm

  2. 2

    Cut salmon into 1/8 cubes and place into a bowl

  3. 3

    Combine remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper

  4. 4

    Serve with chips
