Steps

Switch on chashni in low flame.

Heat one cup ghee.

Mix all of above other than chashni ingredients and make smooth batter.

Fill it in jalebi maker or any milk packet.

Make jalebi and fry it in low flame till it's bubbles stops.
- 6
Now dip it in prepared chashni for 30 second and serve hot jalebi.

You can Garnish it with saffron threads and grated pistachios
