Ingredients

6 servings
  • 8 ozBlock of sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 ozBlock of mild cheddar cheese
  • 28 ozCan of whole peeled tomatoes
  • 1 stickButter
  • 16 ozBox of rigatoni noodles
  • 1 tbspSugar
  • 1 tspSalt

Steps

    Boil noodles for 8 to 10 minutes

  2. 2

    preheat oven to 400°

  3. 3

    In a 13x9 glass casserole dish squish tomatoes with hand, slice cheese, and add all other ingredients

  4. 4

    Drain noodles

  5. 5

    Pour noodles over other ingredients in casserole dash

  6. 6

    Cover with tin foil bake 45 minutes

  7. 7

    Remove tin foil, stir, Place back in oven for 15 more minutes

  8. 8

    Remove from oven, stir, let rest for 5 minutes, and serve
