Peel and clean pinapple.take a big bowl and then grate carefully pinaeapple in this bowl.

Heat butter in a pan when butter melt add almond and when almond lightly turn brown then add grated pineapple in this pan then cook gently to heat absorbe all moisture.

After cook gently in slow fire this mixture leave accses butter then add suger and stir gently.

In last minute when suger mix with pineapple mixture add milk powder and turn gas off or stir gently.

After mix well milkpowder serve hot with garnish of gratted coconut on top.
