Ingredients

  • 1.4 cupsmashed potatoes
  • 2.2beaten egg beaten
  • 3.1/2 teaspoon chopped green onion
  • 4.2beaten egg yolk
  • 5.2 tablespoonsmilk
  • 6. salt add to taste
  • 7.3 tablespoonall purpose flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Add milk,salt,chopped onion,beaten egg yolk and flour to mashed potatoes.

  2. 2

    Chill then shape using ice cream scoup.

  3. 3

    Dip in the betten egg

  4. 4

    Roll through bread crumbs

  5. 5

    Shallow fry the croquette untill brown Evenlly on both side

  6. 6

    Enjoy
