Ingredients

  1. 1 Cuprefined flour
  2. 1/4 Cupsemolina
  3. 1 tspsugar
  4. 50 gmpaneer crumbled
  5. 100 gmkhoya
  6. 1 cupmilk
  7. 2pinch Cardamom powder
  8. 1 tbsfennel seeds
  9. 2 pinchbaking powder
  10. Food colour orange and green (optional)
  11. 6-8string safffron
  12. 8-10Chopped almond
  13. 6-8cherry
  14. Ghee as needed for frying
  15. For sugar syrup
  16. 1 cupsugar
  17. 1 cupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add water and sugar, boil 8 to 10 minutes and make sugar syrup.

  2. 2

    Take a big mixer jar add mava, paneer, semolina,and maida and milk, blend it and make smooth lumps free batter.

  3. 3

    Add fennel seeds and cardamom powder and mix well.

  4. 4

    Now add baking powder and divide batter into three parts.

  5. 5

    Add orange food colour in one part and mix well.

  6. 6

    Add green food colour in 2 and part and mix well.

  7. 7

    In third part add action strings and mix well.

  8. 8

    Now keep batter for about 15 to 20 minutes to rest

  9. 9

    Take a deep flat pan heat ghee and fry all malpuas in round shape or with the help of mould u can make flower shape.

  10. 10

    Dip in to sugar syrup for 2 to 3 minute, garnish with cherry and chopped almonds.

  11. 11

    Serve hot with rabdi Or you can eat without rabdi
