Preheat the oven at 350°F

Open the pork like a wallet and cook in a pan until the sides are golden

cover the inside with mayo and mustard mix, add apple and cheese slices

Close the pork with cooking rope

Put in an oven container, add apple juice and onions

Cook for 45 minutes, cover with the juice every 10 minutes
