Steps

Rub oil into the flour and knead into a stiff dough with water.

Saute the khoya over medium heat till it looks brown

When it cools mix in the sugar,cardomom,almonds,raisins etc

Make balls of the dough and roll out into thick rounds.

Wet the edges with water and place filling over one half.
- 6
Fold the other half over and press the edges together to seal
- 7
Either cut off the edges with a fancy cutter.

Heat oil in a kadhai add gujiyas fry till golden brown.
