In a big bowl mix all the ingredients well except potatoes

Now add potatoes mashed very slowly slowly with ur palm to make a dough

If water is required then add some water others wise no need to add water

Left it for some time 5mints

Again knead the dough with some oil or ghee very well

Take a small size dough like a ball in your hand make a puri

Heat the oil or ghee in and fry the kachori in low flame

Serve it hot with achar or chutney or raita
