Ingredients

  1. 1left over turkey breast thinly sliced
  2. 2 piecelettuce, leaf
  3. 1tomato, sliced
  4. 1 piecebacon (optional)
  5. 2 slicepepper jack cheese (optional)
  6. 2 tbspleft over cranberry sauce
  7. 2 tspdijon mustard
  8. 4 slicewhole grain bread
  9. 4 sliceavocado
  10. 1sliced red onion
  11. 1salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Toast bread and spread cranberry sauce on one slice of bread and mustard on the other slice.

    Layer sliced turkey, cheese, avo, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion and top with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Place second slice of bread on top and cut diagonally. This recipe makes 2 sandwiches.
