Steps

Whisk the gram flour with water in a mixing bowl for a smooth and lump free batter.

Add the chopped ingredients and spices in the bowl. Mix well.

Heat oil in pan in high flame and drop spoonfuls of the batter and fry it until golden brown and crisp. (I didn't use much oil simply because I don't like oily Pakoras)

Place it in a bed of tissues to remove excess oil. Serve hot and Enjoy with a cup of hot tea and your favorite sauce or chutney.
