Boil the palak and drain out the water

Separate one fourth of the palak and chop it into small pieces. Add this part to the besan.

Knead a dough of besan and palak adding hing salt and sugar

Grind together the remaining palak with coriander leaves and mint leaves and set aside

Cut into small pieces the palak besan dough. Heat half pan of water on a low flame. Put the pieces of the dough into it Allow to boil

Drain out the water. Now add oil into a karai

Add hing and cumminseeds to the oil and gently pour the palak mint coriander paste into it.Stir fry adding chopped green chillies.

Pour water and add the boiled gatthes with salt and sugar.

As the gravy thickens remove from the flame and serve hot
