Blanch the spinach leaves and make a puree adding green chilli

Cut the paneer into cubes

Now heat a pan and add oil along with the butter.

Tamper the whole fenugreek seeds

Now add the garlic and saute for a while
- 6
Add the onions and fry till it changes colour

Add ginger paste and salt, mix well

Now add jeera powder saute a while

Pour the puree in the masala and cook well

Add sugar (optional) and the paneer cubes.mix all the ingredients with a soft hand

Finally garnish it with kasuri methi and a dollop of butter

Serve it with Indian flat bread or naan
