Ingredients

  • For malpua
  • 1 cupmaida
  • 2 tbspthandai powder homemade or store bought
  • 2 tbspkhoya or milk powder
  • Water as required to make thick batter
  • Pure ghee for frying
  • For syrup
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1tsplemon juice
  • strandsFew saffron
  • For rabdi mousse
  • 2 tbsprabdi
  • 1 cupwhipped cream
  • Pinchgreen cardomon powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients of malpua and let it rest for 15 mins

    For syrup in a sauce pan add water sugar saffron.and lemon juice and cook.till.it becomes one string syrup.

    For.rabdi.reduce milk.

    Now heat a flat pan. Add ghee to it.Fry malpuas on.medium heat

    Soak.it in prepared sugar syrup for.20 mins

    For thandai mousse fold rabdi in whipped cream

    Now fill mousse in malpua rolls

    Garnish with pistachio.and rose petals
