For syrup in a sauce pan add water sugar saffron.and lemon juice and cook.till.it becomes one string syrup.

Now heat a flat pan. Add ghee to it.Fry malpuas on.medium heat

For thandai mousse fold rabdi in whipped cream

Now fill mousse in malpua rolls

Garnish with pistachio.and rose petals
