5 ozspinach leaves
3/4 tspgarlic salt
2 tbspgrated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tspolive oil

Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat.

Add the spinach to the skillet and cover; allow to cook 5 minutes.

Sprinkle with the garlic salt, stir, and then cover again for another 5 minutes.

Remove from heat, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese to serve.
