Ingredients

  1. Ingredients needed 5cups of flour ⅛ tsp salt
  2. 1 tspbaking powder
  3. 1egg
  4. 1 cupwarm milk and
  5. 1 cupwarm water
  6. 1 tbspyeast
  7. 125 grammelted butter
  8. 2 tbspvegetable oil
  9. 3-4 tbspsugar
  10. Spicy jam and icing sugar for dusting

    Method of Preparation
    Add yeast into warm milk and water with sugar and cover for 10mins. Check. Mixture should be foamy. Add salt, melted butter, flour and baking powder and egg. Mix up and knead for 10mins. Coat with oil and cover in a warm place for 45mi
