Ingredients

2 servings
  1. Homemade/store bought fettuccine
  2. 1 cupMinced meat
  3. 1large onion
  4. 2Bell peppers
  5. 2green peppers
  6. Scotch bonnet or ground black pepper
  7. Curry
  8. Thyme
  9. Garlic powder
  10. Ginger powder
  11. Groundnut oil
  12. cubesMaggi stock
  13. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil homemade pasta for about 2-3 mins and drain, for store-bought read pack instructions

  2. 2

    In a skillet, add vegetable oil, heat and add onions and minced meat and season well with stock cubes,salt, scotch bonnet, garlic and ginger powders.

  3. 3

    Add bell and green peppers,curry and thyme to the mix and stir continuously, cover and allow to cook.

  4. 4

    Add the pasta and stir.
