Ingredients

  • 1raw banana
  • 1potato
  • 1 tablespoonall purpose flour
  • 1 slicebread
  • 1/2 teaspoongaram masala
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoongrated ginger
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil fir frying

Steps

  1. 1

    At first boil the banana and potato adding salt.

  2. 2

    Now peel off the banana and potato

  3. 3

    Mash both of it well and add all the masala in it

  4. 4

    Now add the flour and bread slice and knead it to a soft dough

  5. 5

    Heat a pan add oil and take small portion of the dough,give shape of kebabs and fry.

  6. 6

    Serve it hot along with tea or coffee
