Roll out the pie crust and line a 9" pie plate with it. Put it in the freezer to harden for 15 minutes.

Whisk everything but the pecans together, then stir in pecans and pour into the pie shell.

Bake at 425' for 15 minutes, then at 350' for 30-35 minutes until the edges are brown and the center is a firm jiggle.
