Boil the syrup and sugar for 6 minutes, stirring constantly.

Take off the heat and add the condensed milk, stirring constantly.

Put back on heat, add the cream, stirring constantly. Stir on medium heat the whole time, or it will burn.

Once it comes to a boil, stop stirring and cook until firm balls form in cold ice water.

Poor into a buttered 9x13 greased pan. Once cooled, cut into pieces and, if desired, dip in chocolate.
