Ingredients

  • 12-pound jar peanut butter. chunky or smooth
  • 1/2 cupbutter. softened (1 stick or 4 ounces)
  • 1 lbbox powered sugar
  • 1 box(10 ounces) Rice Krispies

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix peanut butter and butter together.

  2. 2

    Stir in powdered sugar.

  3. 3

    Place Rice Krispies in a plastic bag and crush slightly. Add them to the peanut mixture.

  4. 4

    Cover and chill overnight in refrigerator.

  5. 5

    Divide into 100 balls. Dip into chocolate mixture below.

  6. 6

    CHOCOLATE MIXTURE

  7. 7

    1. 12-ounce bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

  8. 8

    4 Tablespoons shortening (I do not use)

  9. 9

    Melt chocolate chips and shortening together. Dip peanut butter balls into chocolate mixture. Place on parchment paper to set.
