  • 1can of cooked chick peas
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1salt
  • 1pepper
  • 2 tbsppurée de sesame (tahin)
  • 1/2lemon's juice
  • 1 cloveclove of garlic

  1. 1

    Place a can of cooked chick peas in a mixer.

  2. 2

    Add half a lemmon's juice, the olive oil, salt, pepper, tahin, a minced clove of garlic.

  3. 3

    Mix everything up, and tada :D
