Steps

Add pinch of salt, cardamom powder and 1 tsp of ghee into 1 cup of wheat flour.

Microwave jaggery and milk for 20 secs to make it soft. Then add into wheat flour to make a dough.

Roll the dough into slightly thick chapaties. Put onto a hot pan. Apply some ghee to both the sides and roast till golden brown.
