Because this recipe is oil free so add raw jeera to grated potatoes. Add salt and lal mirch powder. Mix well.

Now on a flat tawa spread the mixture in circular shape. As no oil so cook on slow flame as potatoes will leave water and so the Rissoti will be cooked nicely and crispy too.

Flip gently on other side as no oil so changes to break so be very careful while flipping. Once cooked both sides for 3/4 minutes each side, Rissoti is ready to serve. Garnish with dhaniya patta. Enjoy hot with either chutney ya ketchup. 🙂
